UPCOMING RETREAT 2023
9th of March – 12th of March
Kundalini Yoga & Gong Bath Retreat Experience
The Heart & The Nervous System – Healing & Regeneration
– An integrated approach through Kundalini somatic practice, Mandalas of Light and Meditation –
We’re thrilled to welcome you for a special spring retreat in our home country Romania, hosted by a unique location – an over 600 years old historic Transylvanian ensemble. The special theme of this retreat is The Heart & The Nervous System-Healing & Regeneration. You will be deeply connecting with yourself, relaxing and diving into your practice while spending 4 days in a serene Transylvanian Saxon village, sleeping in the former Parish House and School.
Throughout this retreat we will step into the vastness of the heart space, we will explore the connection between the emotions that impact our heart and their further influence on our entire nervous system, so that we can understand not only how entwined these two are but also how they can support our potential for healing and recalibration. What does our nervous system actually does? How does it feel to feel our nervous system? These are two of the main questions that will open and guide the path of our inner exploration.
When experiencing long periods of sadness, grief, anxiety, emotional pain or apathy, our nervous system is overwhelmed, becoming easily compromised and dysregulated. That being said, each day grants us an opportunity to meet ourselves over and over again and our nervous system implicitly which means it is vital to learn how it actually functions, what it needs, which techniques serve us best to recalibrate and regenerate it and, maybe most importantly, how to recognize when our nervous system says no to us.
If our nervous system is balanced, we too live in balance with ourselves and everything around us, we experiment reality from a space of inner calm and deep relaxation, we have clarity, discernment and inuition, we open ourselves to joy, to new ways of interacting with ourselves and others. A healthy and regulated nervous system helps us see, hear, feel, breathe and lead our life with serenity and ease.
During these four days together, we will once more bow our minds before the wisdom of our hearts and we will make friends again with our nervous system through a holistic and integrative approach that brings together a unique combination of practices and techniques: Kundalini Yoga, Chinese Medicine, Mantras, Journaling, Hatha and Yin Yoga, the healing technique of Sat Nam Rasayan and Mandalas of Light.
We will bring forth the knowledge and perspective of Chinese Medicine on what our heart and nervous system represent, we will get to understand how they work individually and alaso together. We will work on a somatic level with Kundalini Yoga techniques, supported by specific practices of Yin and Hatha Yoga, in order to open the body, release emotional clutter and residue from our cells and reset our nervous system entirely. The Mandalas of Light will provide the key that will beautifully link all these practices together. We will set on a gentle inner exploration with the help of the Mandalas of Light, Journaling, Mantras and Meditations and we will allow for the purifying sound and the high frequencies of the Gong to continue the process of release, cleansing and healing.
The frequencies of the Gong Baths that are scheduled late in the evening create a profound experience as sound plays a major role throughout this four-day journey. It will support and complete our meditations in order to help us let go of the stagnant and stuck aspects of our subconscious, allowing for a full recovery and regeneration of our nervous system.
We are delighted to share with you four days of practice and experience in a truly unique, spiritual and beautifully restored location – the 600 years old Transylvanian Saxon village of Cincsor.
